DESIGN & CREATION

I can work with you and your brand assets to ensure that your business is presented cohesively across your website, social media, email marketing and business materials.

This includes:

Website & E-Comm Store Creation (using Squarespace templates)

  • I can set up your domain and create your website using a Squarespace template and your brand assets (your logo, brand colours, fonts, copy and photos)

  • Provide basic training so you can update your website yourself.

Website & E-comm Store Updates (Squarespace, Shopify, Wordpress & Wix)

  • Website design and layout audit, and update.

  • Update your existing e-comm website with new products.

  • Update your website with new branding, images and copy.

Email Marketing Template Set Up & Scheduling

  • I can set up your email template and schedule posts with copy and images supplied by you.

  • Social Media Templates for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn using Canva or InDesign.

Document Design including:

  • Look book design

  • Presentation design

  • Report design

  • Proposal, letterhead and business card design

  • Editable forms and document templates

  • Basic photo editing

I work with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, iWork, Google Workspace + Microsoft Office

FYI I’m not a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, SEO Expert or Copywriter but I know absolute superstars that can provide these services who I can refer you to, then work with, to complete the job.

ADMINISTRATION

With extensive experience in administration and a high level of detail, you can confidently outsource the back-office duties and get back to what you love most.

This includes:

  • Data Entry

  • Invoice Management

  • Spreadsheets

  • Presentations

  • Research

  • Plus any other items that may be on your to do list.

ORGANISATION + OPERATIONS

I love helping my clients to streamline and structure their businesses better, which leads to greater efficiency and productivity. I’m your right-hand woman for putting the backend systems of your business back together again so it’s smooth running from here on in.

This includes:

  • Setting up new systems and procedures

  • Setting up online filing systems – on your computer, in Dropbox, Google Drive and Canva folders

  • Organising your office or studio space

LET’S TALK RATES, SHALL WE?

I charge $80 (plus GST) an hour.

Once we’ve discussed your requirements I can determine how many hours I need to complete the work.

You can then say Kristy, that sounds amazing, you’re going to make my life SOOO much easier!’. Then I’ll book in a day dedicated to do your work, and your work only.

You may also say ‘let, me think about it and I’ll get back to you!’ which is also totally acceptable.

AS A BIT OF A GUIDE…

  • A new website takes approximately 12 - 18 hours (depending on how many pages, products etc). I generally book 6 hour sessions per day, so thats 2 or 3 days work and costs about $960 - $1440 (+GST).

  • A website update may only take 6 hours (on one dedicated day) so thats $480 (plus GST).

  • If you’ve got a bunch of bits and pieces, that may only take 6 hours (on one dedicated day) so that’s $480 (plus GST).
